I’m a Creative, 
UI / UX Designer

I’m an international experienced and multi-disciplinary graphic, UI and UX creative, who’s delivered engaging solutions across usability, digital media, brand identity and print, strong in turnaround and sustainable performance improvement.

Since September 2021 I am the POD Lead (UI/UX Creative and Art Director) for OpsInteractive a studio inside Accenture from where we provide UI / UX solutions to different business areas for sales. Creating prototypes and sets for applications that are being sold to external clientes all around the world.

In 2020 I became the Senior creative UX designer fr BairesDev, where I learned a different area of the market, Artificial Intelligence and its different implementations for business and for users, there I created many tools such like Oook that helps the people to find solutions and information around the world by using a simple chatbot that enhance the communication and learns the human behavior to answer and understand requests.

In 2017 I was hired as the creative director at Q6Cyber, a worldwide cybersecurity startup based in Florida. In this role I am focused on UI Designs and UX Research and strategies, as well I led the digital and traditional marketing. Successes included creating tools to improve the internal analysis of threats and the management of them by the customers by research of points of heat where we can avoid issues and reworks or calls to support to guide the person into the system. Another great thing is the creation of a website with latest technology and soon will be focused on the campaign to launch new products.

Before joining Q6Cyber, I worked for several advertising and digital agencies and for clients such as Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Jeep, Caja Costarricense de Seguro Social, as well as marketing for the financial, food, technology and services industry.

I’m truly passionate about what I do and the opportunities of improvement or learning, and I'm always open to connect with other creatives. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand the business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process and put my hands to work, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part.
